Just a note to say how nice once again to enjoy a stay at the Tarntawan Place. The staff are in a word "superb" and make one feel so at home. The location, hospitality, and comfort of the Tarntawan Place makes one want to return again and again.

Now I have been home for a few weeks now I wanted to convey my thanks to all at Tarntawan Place for making my various stays with you last month so pleasant. I have been staying with you for at least 14 years and hope to be able to do so in the future. What I realy enjoy is being able to greet the same staff for many years.

I was at "my home" in BKK recently. Thank You firstly for my upgrade to a suite...I loved it and made me feel so special...thank you.
The fancy room was good but any room at the Tarntawan Place is special. The staff are special, kind, considerate, warm and welcoming.
Hope to see you in July.

Dear Management and Staff of the Tarntawan Place HotelI am writing to say thank you for my recent stay at your hotel.Firstly, I was so pleased with my Room 999, the Super Deluxe Suite. The decor made me feel like I was staying in a little island paradise in the middle of bustling Bangkok and whenever I came back to the Suite it felt like a home not just a room. Thank you for the fresh fruit every day. It was such a treat to try some new fruits that I don't usually have the chance to.The breakfast was always good. I loved the fresh Bircher Muesli and the Chicken Noodle Soup.I'm sorry I missed the cocktail party. It's a special way to bring your guests together.The staff and security were all very friendly and very welcoming.Finally, it was nice to be able to extend my 4 nights to 5 nights with no problem and I very much appreciated the 2.00pm late check out.Again, thank you and will definitely see you again soon.Kind Regards,Dean Souter

I am writing to thank you for a very enjoyable stay last week. The happy hour get-together on Thursday was unexpected and allowed me to make a couple of introductions to other guests with whom I had follow-on conversations in subsequent days. Seeing you at Dick’s Café and your coming to my table to say hello was also a very personal touch. I’ve stayed at both the Tawana and the Montien multiple times in the past 15 years (and with you 3 or 4 times), but after my most recent stay, you will be my hotel of choice in the future. The main reason I hadn’t been staying with you in the past was the lack of in-room safes. Now that you’ve installed those, I have no reason to stay elsewhere. Your staff is so friendly and accommodating. You create an atmosphere of intimacy and welcome for the guests. Your hotel really feels like “home.” Neither Tawana nor Montien provide that warm and cuddly feeling. As a matter of fact, they are almost hostile or adversary….like they are doing a favor to allow the guest to stay there. You really do a great job and I wanted to let you know and say thanks. This extends to front desk, bellmen, security, housekeeping, and everyone else. On three occasions, I sat at the bar with a friend of mine and enjoyed both the male and the female bartender who interacted with us and who were playful and engaging. I was pleased to write a favorable review for Agoda last night.
Now, if you could just shampoo those carpets now and then…….. J
