To the management/owners and all the staff at Tarntawan Place hotel.

I returned back to the UK yesterday after my two stays at your hotel this month (September 2011).4/5 days each time with a 10 day break to travel.
I have visited Thailand over 50 times in the last twenty years and have stayed at many hotels in Bangkok/Pattaya/Chiang Mai/Phuket.
Tarntawan Place Hotel has something I have never encountered before in any hotel...perfection! The staff there are superb, the security excellent, rooms very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The service is unrivalled. I suspect staff training there has been to the highest level and your staff selection spot on. From the minute I arrived there and the staff ran to greet me I realised I had found a gem.
I learnt about this hotel from my brother who also has a Tarntawan apartment nearby which is of equal high standard.
Never have I felt so welcome and comfortable in a hotel. Usually I can find faults in a hotel but I couldn’t find any there.
So to the reception staff, cleaner, barman, restaurant staff, security man at the lift and everyone who makes that hotel so good.
Thank you
Peter (RPB)

Dear Lukas and Tarntawan Place,

I wanted to thank you for the warm hospitality of your staff and the wonderful room on my recent stay at Tarntawan Place.

From the arrival lemon fruit drink delivered to me on my arrival, to the daily plate of grapes that was brought up and placed in my room, it was quite impressive and made me feel so welcomed and right at home.

I am writing my Trip Advisor review right now, and it will post by tomorrow.

Thank you again for the warm hospitality and I look forward to staying with Tarntawan for an extended stay next time I arrive in Bangkok.

Warmly,

Chris Charles

EAST OR WEST......TARNTAWAN IS THE BEST !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :-)

Dear Lukas/ sombat,

Thank you again for a wonderful stay at the TARNTAWAN. I just cannot say enough about the service. The rain was beautiful but the bell desk taking care of guests by providing umbrellas takes the cake. I really enjoyed myself. The weather was amazing, especially compared to Dubai where it is still hot and humid.

No doubt ,Tarntawan is the best place to stay in Bangkok. Please say hai from me to all the front desk staff, security, house keeping, bell desk etc. i miss them all.

Thank you and looking forward to my next trip there in November.

I feel it's important to write to thank you for a wonderful stay at your hotel.

From the moment I exited the taxi on arrival until I checked out the service I recieved was impeccable. Your staff do an amazing job to make guests feel at home, and this extends to the porter, housekeeping and security on the elevator. All of your staff were simply wonderful. I stay in many 5 star hotels world wide due to work but have never been treated as well a I was at your hotel. You are now my first choice for accommodation in Bangkok and I will be recommending you to everyone I know who is coming to Bangkok. The room 706 was perfect for me and very comfortable but now look forward to enjoying one of your suites next time I visit.

Please don't change your way of service, it's so refreshing in this day,

Regards

I wish to thank all the management and staff at the Tarntawan Place for there exceptional customer service, friendliness and commitment to giving you the best holiday ever. I recently stayed at Tarntawan Place on a recommendation from a friend from 16 July 2011 to 22 July 2011 and loved every minute of my time there and felt part of the family from the second I arrived. It was my first stay and will now become my twice a year hotel for my vacation to beautiful Thailand. Once again thankyou from the bottom of my heart and I can't wait to come back and stay again.

Kind regards Mike.
